Fromage Photography

Now that the Valentine’s Day season is over, I’m hosting a free engagement photography contest to help spread the love during these chilly winter months. Please see the details below on how to submit yourself or another engaged couple!

WINNING COUPLE’S SUPER FANCY PRIZE!

• A 1-2 hour free engagement shoot in the Philadelphia area ($150 value). The winning couple and I will brainstorm together to come up with funtabulous location ideas for the shoot.
• 20-50 high-resolution, edited images mailed to the couple on DVD.

ELIGIBILITY

• The winning couple must have an honest-to-goodness inspirational story about why they deserve this free engagement shoot.
• The winning couple must consent to having their story and photoshoot published online.
• Nearby couples from out of state may also apply! (A travel fee may apply)
• Contestants must be US Legal residents, 18 years of age or older.
• Applicants must not have already booked a photographer for their engagement shoot or wedding photography.  Stealing business from other talented photographers is a big no-no here at Fromage Photography!

SO YOU WANT TO ENTER?

• Anyone can nominate a couple, including the couple themselves. To submit, send me an email to hello@fromagephotography.com with the subject line “Fromage Photography Giveaway.”
• The nominator should include the engaged couple’s story along with why you think they deserve to win this contest.
• The nominator should include the lovely couples’ names and a contact email.
• The nominator must submit at least one photo of the nominated happy couple.
• The nominator must “like” Fromage Photography’s Facebook Page
• The nominator must follow me on Twitter: @fromagephoto
• The nominator must leave a comment on any post here at www.fromagephotography.com stating they have done all of the above.

OH SNAP, DEADLINE TIME!

• All nominations must be received by 11:59PM EST on Sunday, March 13th, 2011. On Monday, March 14st, 2011, I will post all finalist photos and stories in a new album on the Fromage Photography Facebook Page for everyone to vote on their favorite couple. For votes to count, you must simply “Like” the Fromage Photography Page, then click “Like” on your favorite couple’s picture.
• Facebook voting ends on Sunday, March 20th and the winners will be announced and contacted bright and early on Monday, March 21st.
• Fromage Photography will blog, update Facebook and Tweet about the contest, the entrants, their adorable stories, the winners and their oh-so-cute story, as well as images from the engagement shoot.
• By submitting an entry, you agree to participate in this contest, and will abide by the choice of the winner.  You also agree to and understand that your submission will be publicized on the Internet.

HOW TO SPREAD THE WORD

• Tweet to your friends if you’d like to help spread the word. Something like “Know an engaged couple with a romantic story? Win free e-shoot from @fromagephoto” will help me loads in gathering more and more submissions!
• Update your status on Facebook with the link to this post so your engaged pals can join in on the fun!
